The city’s job growth can be best attributed to the fact that Loudoun County is a real serious hub for the worlds internet services, as the area is where data centers for social media giant Facebook, and the world’s favorite shopping spot Amazon call home. Microsoft also has a very strong presence there.

Perhaps the biggest and the best drawing point to the city is the fact that the housing is still very affordable and there are some fantastic ashburn homes for sale at some unbelievable prices. If you are a history buff you will enjoy many of the sites that the area has to offer like Oatlands Plantation, the Loudoun Museum, and the Belmont Chapel. And if you love the great outdoors, there are plenty of offerings for you as well. With a moderate population of 59,800 Ashburn is not too big and it is not too small, it is just right, and the city has it’s arms opened wide to welcome you.
