When I heard about the natural lighting, I thought first about the day lighting. Well, day lighting means the natural way of having the light. According to an article that I have read, it is the oldest way of having light. Actually, day lighting is my recommended light for the people because it can give good health effects on the people using it has also been proven that it has positive effects on sick person and it can increase the energy of an individual making it progressive. Day lighting is simply designing a space to use as much natural light as possible.

In studying the natural light, it emphasizes greater reliance on natural light reduce energy consumption, but will favorably impact human health and performance. Day lighting has good effects on the body because it has vitamins and minerals that are good for the skin, heart, body and etc. Sometimes you have to go outside and let the day light touch you like babies I think. It also enhances the body’s capacity to deliver oxygen to the tissues; very similar to the effects of exercise. Studies have shown the amount of sun exposure in the first few months has an effect on how tall the person grows.
