I have read a book this morning about wall finish and it really interests me. I want to share what I have earned with you. Well if you have an office or an area where you work, the most recommended wall finish that you would have to apply is the gypsum wallboard with paint on it and then the satin finish. If it is patient room or mostly a hospital then the wall finish that is applicable is the moisture resistant gypsum wallboard, tile backer board and the polished ceramic tile field that are full height on all the walls with just one accent. On public waiting area or lobbies, just have a gypsum wallboard with paint and satin finish also. On laboratories spaces, have the gypsum wall board with epoxy paint on it that has semi glossy finish.
In the dining room or where the food is prepared, have the FRP panels and confirm with the owner’s project or the person would plan the whole thing for you. For the conference room, have the gypsum wallboard with paint and then the satin finish. Last is the reception desk or the counter areas, have the gypsum wallboard with vinyl wall covering on it.
